Having worked in guest services, reservation and revenue management roles, Emma's background in hospitality and tourism, alongside her friendly, welcoming manner, make her the perfect person to welcome you when you walk through our doors.

Joining us in February 2022, Emma is enjoying learning the skills of a new industry, meeting a wide range of people and working closely with a collaborative and welcoming team.

With a Bachelor of Tourism & Hospitality Management and an Advanced Diploma of Hospitality Management, Emma is the glue that holds the team together, welcoming clients, preparing and organising their reports and files, and supporting the team with their various roles.

Growing up in Launceston but now living in Mornington, Emma enjoys catching up with friends and family and exploring the Peninsula with her husband and two young girls. A mad Carlton supporter, living amongst a family of die-hard demon fans, let's just say that Emma enjoys coming into the office even more after a Carlton loss.
